Héctor Hurtado Grooscors A game changer within the extreme musical scene. Now with the FDR treatment to do it justice!

xhrl_ Napalm Death took the primal thrash ideas of D.R.I. and put them with a Discharge-like violence: grindcore formed! As on Scum, the guitars are power chords in punk-styled open progressions, but also collide rhythmically in even interval chord strips that have a savageness. Much of the drumming on this album is discoordinate with the guitar shredding & lapses into a growling tide of noise; yet the consistent trait here is the furious blast beats which drive at brutal attitudes. Most crushing ND?! Favorite track: Evolved as One.
